HSOshow accepts any format and will convert your video, audio, or picture to flash. Please email us if you have a file format that it won't accept.

Why don't any of the videos play? Make sure you have the latest adobe flash player here. Slow speed OR dialup users will not be able to watch these video. All Clips on this site are high quality and you will need a faster connection like DSL or Cable.

If you have a long video and the file size is over 100 mb, we suggest purchasing Quicktime Pro and converting your videos to h264 and convert your video to be under the 100 mb size limit. This will give you the best quality.

Why is my video not showing up after I upload it? First, your video takes time on our upload to be converted so people can watch it online, second we have to approve the video.

How can I run a commercial before my videos start playing? We can help you with that. It is a great idea and a very effective way to market.
